• University degree in Electronics or Computer Science Engineering, preferable Master degree
• Knows Electronics and Embedded Design requirements and capable to do design and development on purpose
• Background on Software Development and Test Verification life-cycle
• Experienced in Requirements engineering and management
• Familiar to Embedded development with Renesas, TI, ARM microcontrollers and limited memory concept
• Familiar or Experienced on C / C++ / C# or JAVA programming languages
• Experienced in Design Patterns and Object oriented software design & development as well as Matlab/LabView, DOORS, SVN, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins etc.
• Familiar to IDE tools of Eclipse, IAR and .NET (Visual Studio)
• Wants to relocate in Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Istanbul European region or already lives in
• 7+ years Software Development, 3+ Team Management experience
• Motivation and enthusiasm, Leadership, Innovation and Process competence, Intercultural Awareness, Analytical and Result-oriented thinking

İŞ TANIMI

• Technical and disciplinary management of software development and its team
  (12 team members)
• Allocation, development and maintenance of state-of-the-art know-how in the field
  of software development
• Time scheduling, work package and resource planning in the SW development and testing
• Work on worldwide tasks in synchronization with the other development-centre leaders
• Defining software and system architecture and apply on projects
• Further development of innovation projects (IoT, Home Connect, APP)
• Defining tools for further tasks in the software team
• Support serial production and implementation activities
• Design and Development for product projects
• Ensuring quality and adherence to delivery dates for product projects
• Definition of test strategies
• Coordination and management of external partners (e.g. universities, service provider)
