Group Sales Executive

• University degree preferably from Tourism related departments,
• Experience in hospitality of sales team with strong leadership skills (international hotel experience preferred)
• Excellent command of written & oral English.
• Knowledge of local market
• Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives  
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Strong organization, planning and communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

The primary objective is to maximize hotel revenue and guest satisfaction by negotiating congress business, groups and coordinating the execution of congress business with other departmens in accordance with the sales business plan. The Job imcumbent should be active, proactive, and result oriented.
