• Education and/or experience typically found with a 4-years diploma or equivalent and 2+ years related experience, preferably in distribution of packed and bulk products.
• Experienced in required legacy modules (SAP) related to Shipping, Order Management and Inventory Management.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
• Computer literacy in MS Office environment.
• Basics of Supply Chain processes related to Executing Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Inventory, and Logistics and Distribution.
• Strong drives to satisfy customer requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a large workload to tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment yet possessing the willingness to work independently with minimal guidance / supervision.
• Full compliance with TS-EN-ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and TS-EN-ISO 14001 standards/procedures/work instruction

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF) as per agreed service levels with minimum costs.
• Provide warehouse team daily loading lists and other documentation for daily loadings.
• Support marine and export loadings in terms of delivery and shipment creation
• Provide shipment status reporting to all affected areas within Lubricants Supply Chain and Customer Service leads.
• Close follow-up daily transactional data in order to align R3 and APO data.
• Full compliance with TS-EN-ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and TS-EN-ISO 14001 standards/procedures/work instructions
