QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive
- Experience in working with cross functional/matrix organizations
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and similar systems
- Ability to carry out negotiations in critical situations
- Team motivation and leadership
- Exposure to international teams and multiple cultures
- Mobility (to travel inland & abroad)
- Being responsible and accountable for the project from early acquisition phase till SOP (Start of Production)
- Being responsible for running changes where products are already in series, till EOP (End of Production)
- Ability to motivate and coordinate project shareholders (customer, business unit, team members, production plant)
- Representation of Bosch in customer meetings
- Frequent meetings with customer and business unit organization for effective planning and follow up of project milestones.
- Coordination of project relevant activities and organizations (Logistics, Quality, Production, Validation and Testing)

İŞ TANIMI
- Management of customer projects in Chassis Control Systems(Actuation, Active Safety, Passive Safety) within commercial (project budget, prices, tooling and engineering costs) and time constraints (approvals in milestones, sample coordination, SOP, EOP)- Being responsible and accountable for the project from early acquisition phase till SOP (Start of Production)
- Being responsible for running changes where products are already in series, till EOP (End of Production)
- Ability to motivate and coordinate project shareholders (customer, business unit, team members, production plant)
- Representation of Bosch in customer meetings
- Frequent meetings with customer and business unit organization for effective planning and follow up of project milestones.
