• University graduate, preferably Economics or Business Administration
• MBA is an asset
• Excellent knowledge of written and verbal English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Minimum of 5 years corporate (particularly financial services) and / or consulting experience
• Experience in negotiating and maintaining partnerships relationships
• Experience, business development, managing multiple projects
• Excellent understanding of industry and competitive dynamics
• Overall understanding of corporate financials, marketing and sales
• Project management and business assessment experience
• Data-driven initiative taking and innovative thinking
• Capability to mobilize both executive and middle management
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results under time constraints
• Capable of hunting and farming business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in negotiation

İŞ TANIMI

• Collect information both internally and externally or use information sources to obtain data regarding the market, competitors and best practices
• Identify growth and improvement opportunities that have significant impact on top-line and bottom-line including but not limited to opportunities in:
  • new sales – in existing and new market segments
  • efficiencies
  • customer retention and persistency
  • capability building
  • digital channels
• Research and recommend new products/services/channels
• Work closely with the sales team to develop new business models and sales channels
• Search potential partnerships, develop relationships and negotiate with them to identify and develop business opportunities
• Maintain partnerships relationships to execute business development projects
• Lead, support and manage business development projects and follow up implementation process
• Work with related parties in the company to ensure that prerequisites of business development activities are fulfilled within a timely manner.
• Help manage and monitor the change portfolio of the company by utilizing project management and its inherent processes to manage effectively a collection of closely interdependent projects in a controlled and structured manner to achieve some clearly defined objectives identified as strategic need
• Support activities that help develop and lead implementation of strategies which shape future business delivery and provide the best service and information to stakeholders
