Foreign Trade and Logistics Specialist

•   At least 4 years university degree,
•   Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar position,
•   Excellent knowledge of the international trade import-export operations,
•   Knowledge of the incoterms conditions ,
•   Knowledge of GAFTA/FOSFA contracts,
•   Excellent logistics skills, including transport, storage, surveying, supervision ,
•   Excellent command of both written and verbal English and Turkish ,
•   Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
•   Good knowledge of MS Office,
•   Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex systems,
•   Excellent planning and organizational skills also time management,
•   No military obligation for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage the execution of the Local and International Commercial contracts,
• Follow up and execute the Contract conditions,
• Taking care of customer orders, following up all process from start to end closely to ensure customer satisfaction,
• Dealing with existing suppliers for order placing, file tracking and responding purchasing and commercial needs,
• Searching the market and finding new suppliers and alternative products on regards to crude vegetables and so on,
• Following up post-operational and operational activities (such as transportation, loading, inspection, analysis etc…)
• Collecting the prices from suppliers and negotiate, also controlling the pricing issue in each order,
• Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
• Following up customs clearance process with custom brokers,
• Evaluate, investigate and resolve customer complaints,
• Translation of commercial, legal and economical texts / documents from English to Turkish and Turkish to English,
• Weekly and monthly reporting,
