QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for EDI Specialists (Electronic Data Interchange) to be based in YILPORT Holding Gebze and/or Gemlik Terminal.
- 2+ years of previous customer service/technical support and/or EDI experience
- Experience with FTP protocol ,FileZilla, XML and ERP is a plus
- Must be able to work in a team environment to meet strict deadlines and compliance criteria defined by customers
- Professional and courteous communication skills by telephone, in person, and written communications
- Exercise good judgement to resolve non-standard issues independently
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy of orders and compliance with specific customer requirements
- University degree
- Very good command of English (speaking & writing)
- Military Service must be completed for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
Scope of the Position:
The EDI Specialist is the point person for day to day management of EDI integrated customers and documents as part of the electronic messaging process. This position will oversee the entire EDI process from answering questions from internal and external customers to overseeing the implementation process. Works closely with TOS Experts and Development team to implement and integrate new EDI trading partners into our system. EDI position is responsible for mapping new trading partners and researching and supporting issues associated with these mappings. This position is part of a team that reports to the TOS Expert and works directly with EDI customers and internal departments such as Compliance, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Business Development.
- Manage daily flow of EDI documents to and from the company, ensure EDI documents are processed successfully, monitor customer extracts and data feeds,
- Work with Business Development Department for customer requests setup and testing
- Work directly with the Software Development team for requirements and testing of programming changes related to EDI and EASI projects; submit software development change requests as needed
- Participates in customer/departmental conference calls and meetings as required for successful customer EDI integration
