QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience with administering learning management systems (SumTotal LMS a plus).
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a regional or global environment preferred.
  • Reporting / metric skills (Business Objects / Excel experience an advantage).
  • High computer literacy and experience with learning complex systems quickly.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills (other European languages an advantage).
  • Must be able to interface effectively in a high performance, matrix team environment on a global scale.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to proactively follow-up / interacting on requests.


İŞ TANIMI

This role provides administrative and co-ordination support of the global Learning Management System across the European training team. The LMS Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting on training across the region, within the system. This role reports to the LMS Executive for the region.
  • Register/assign learners to activities where required.
  • Upload attendance and training scores into P2L site.
  • Process all training activities into the LMS from details provided by all European Training Managers or country leads.
  • Ensure all training activities are administered in accordance with company/country processes and standard practices.
  • Design and develop LMS activity structures that align with business objectives including pre-work assignments.
  • Produce training reports for business analysis and audit requirements as required – through Business Objects (while adhering to data privacy regulations in Europe).
  • Assist with testing of new courseware within LMS to check correct tracking and completion.
  • Provide support and training to European Training Managers on “Instructor” functions and activities.
  • Work with the Global Learning Systems Team for the purpose of enhancing and maximizing LMS processes related to EU business needs.
  • Approve MyLearning Portal Learning Group requests in accordance with country agreed legal practices.
  • Administer MyLearning functions on an ad hoc basis when country or regional use of the tool changes.
  • Create and maintain LMS (PPLS) user accounts for Contract Sales Staff following specified processes, as required.
  • Insights discovery as required.
  • Other duties as required.
