QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor degree in Automotive Teaching, Mechanical Engineering, or any automotive aftermarket or construction sector related discipline,
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive or construction aftermarket sectors background is preferred,
- At least 2 years Trainer experience is highly preferred,
- Able to work as an instructor for different types of training delivery projects,
- Advance level of written and communication skills in both Turkish and English,
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Ability to work as part of a team, have an effective communication skills,
- Innovative, analytical thinker,
- High degree of self-motivation,
- Male candidates military service must be completed.No travel restrictions.

İŞ TANIMI
- Creates training agenda according to objective and catalog,
- Accomplishes product training material design and control the quality of the training materials,
- Analyzes training effectiveness after training sessions, investigates results and finds improvement points and solutions,
- Collects customer requirements in daily work and provides high quality training deliveries to the sales field,
- Finds the proper resource to solve the issues when delivering the trainings to the sales field,
- Make training plan monthly, quarterly for related districts,
- Plan, develop and provide training, coaching, and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops,
- Conduct evaluation of the training performance and the compliance with training objectives, procedures and technical requirements,
- Train sales force of Berner in techniques and skills according to job profiles,
- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of trainings,
- Organize effectiveness and efficiency reports and analysis,
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for local and global management.
