QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'Planning & Purchasing Engineer' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Products Division, Medium Voltage in Gebze location with below qualifications;
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field,
- Minimum 2 years of professional work experience in the related field,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (second language of German or Italian will be preferable),
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel),
- SAP knowledge is preferable,
- Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills,
- Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented,
- Completed military service for male applicants.
İŞ TANIMI
The candidate will be responsible for;- Run MRP for use in managing material flow of all parts required for production
- Make decisions as to scheduling all jobs using forecast and shop load
- To open orders to internal & external vendors
- Provide leadership and direct the activities of the MRP Controllers, Capacity Planner, and Lead/assist Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Run MRP for use in managing material flow of all parts required for production
- Use SAP knowledge to effectively do inventory transactions, research bills of material, analyze and correct inventory discrepancies
- To follow-up orders with vendors and custom broker
- Coordination between sales, purchasing and operations - provide information on a timely basis
- To take care of logistics parameters such as lead time, freight cost, stock, on-time delivery
