QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The company operates in both fuels and lubricants businesses with an extensive retail network of more than 1000 sites as well as Shell & Turcas owned 5 Fuel Terminals and 2 LPG Terminals. Also Shell & Turcas is partner of 7 JV Terminals all around Turkey.
To coordinate any type of additives for all our Terminals, we are looking for Additive Replenishment Assistant, who;
- has graduated from Engineering faculties (Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering are preferred)
- has experience in Fuel business and in Facilities
- has ability for review, analyze and report out of the situations
- has good excel knowledge
- has good command English
- lives in Kocaeli
İŞ TANIMI
- Co-ordinate the Shell performance additive and ethanol supply chain.
- Ensure that the right additive and ethanol with the right quantity and quality is available at the right time at Terminals
- Manage fuels additive blending plant based at Derince
- Co-ordinate and supervise the whole additive and ethanol replenishment process including scheduling and transport
- Monitor additive operations to prevent stock outs
- Follow up procurement process for additives following demand and based on supply contract : request, follow approvals and the delivery
- Collect data in order to prepare creation of TSW nomination for purchases from vendor; e.g. requisition number, order details, PO number etc.
- Follow up volume booking of additive movements
- Support operations of additive movements at OSP terminals,
- Initiate all HM related master data and maintain Bill of Material (BoM) for fuel additives and ethanol
- Being contact person for Oil Accounting in case of payment issues
- Control consumption / dosage rate of additives and ethanol at Terminals
- Co-ordinate the customs clearance applications including scheduling and transport
