HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT ADVISOR

• University degree in Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering departments,
• Min. 5 years’ experience in safety and environmental systems implementations and contractor’s HSE management at project sites
• Having statutory certificates for safety engineering and environmental officer,
• Competent with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Preferably having auditor certificates for both management systems,
• Knowledge about the occupational risk assessment methodologies and techniques,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Ability to travel as 30-35% of time,
• Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

• Implement legal and ABB requirements throughout contractors activities at project sites, follow up and supervise the contractors HSE performance, Participate the inspections of environmental and safety management systems, contractors’ HSE audits and internal/external assessments,
• Conduct the basic concepts suchlike risk assessment and environmental aspects & impact assessment at project sites,
• Provide competency based health, safety and environmental training for ABB employees and contractors’ staff when required,
• Participate the incident prevention programs, workshop sessions and incident investigation and analysis studies,
• Perform the periodical or non-periodical reporting to corporate, local authority or other required parties,
• Roll-out where necessary, initiate and maintain quality input of a health and safety management system which meets the OHSAS 18001 and  ISO 14001 specification,
• Coach and guide all levels of management, supervisors and employees on site to implement accident prevention activities plus provide interface to contractors and customers.
