• Degree qualified in Engineeringdiscipline preferably Telecommunication, Electronics, Electricity or ComputerScience
• At least 2 years hands on experience in related departments 
• Deep Understanding of network security, including FireWall, VPN and IPS, etc
• Deep Understanding & troubleshooting of TCP, UDP, IP, and IP addressing /subnet masking / design 
• Deep understanding of IPS, IDS, Load Balancer,
• Good understanding of Unix, Windows, Network Security
• Good understanding of Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF; ISIS,EIGRP)
• Certification or accreditation in  CCSE, JNCIP-SEC
• Fluent English
• Excellent Problem solving skills
• Good Troubleshooting Skills 
• Good Team Work and Interpersonal Skills   
• Good communication skills 
• Analytical thinking

İŞ TANIMI

• Accountable for managing all of the corporate customer securityequipments (Checkpoint, Pix, Asa, Juniper, Fortigate etc),security services(websense,proxy,Ips,ssl vpn)  and resolving customer incidents or requestsduring the daily operations.
• Accountable for resolving corporate customer incidents occurred onVFNET Core Security Devices (Shared Vfnet Firewalls,IPS,Ddos guard)
• Accountable for managing and operating all of the customerfirewall devices (checkpoints,juniper,Cisco etc.). To ensure to have bestservice quality level defined in KPI’s.
• Accountable for managing and operating of the customer shared anddedicated websense,proxy and Ssl vpn services.
• To take initiative to make new design If a design problem isrealized during the fault management process. To trigger sales executive inorder to start new process.
