Now, Jo Malone London has an exciting opportunity for a Field Educator in Turkey.
The Field Educator will work closely alongside the Regional Education Manager/Global Education and Brand Manager to ensure consistency in service and to drive productivity and sales in all boutiques in the market.
The Field Educator will share best practices through leading by example. The role will have additional responsibilities of coaching and development of Stylist across the market driving achievement of KPI’s and may also be required to co-facilitate core education programmes with the Regional Education Manager/Global Education
The successful candidate will have a natural aptitude for training and coaching whilst displaying strong people and communication skills. An adaptable working style with the ability to work off their own initiative is required as well as being self motivated in their approach.
This role will include regular travel in the field and therefore is a great opportunity for the individual who is looking to progress in their career and seeking an opportunity to step into a field role. Due to regular travel the successful candidate will live in Istanbul or need to relocate to Istanbul.
Experience in coaching is preferred as well on counter experience and a true passion for Jo Malone London.
Fluency in English and Turkish is required.
•Coaching stylists to reach their full potential through observation and feedback and devising personalised stylist development plans
•Supporting the Accreditation Programme through conducting certifications on Boutique Managers and Stylists to evaluate service skills level with the aim to deliver consistency across the region.
•Liaising with all levels of management to devise store specific objectives on a quarterly basis.
•Providing in store follow up to all classroom trainings included the bi annual Update Training. Assistance with classroom trainings and seminars may also be required.
•Leading by example with the ability to deliver all aspects of the unique Jo Malone in store experience and the ability to achieve brand KPIs
