• The role will involve working closely with different marketing teams in the regions as well as regional R&D, Supply Chain , Market Research and Finance teams
• Responsible for delivery of innovation, renovation, brand led growth projects to the agreed milestones/timelines and to the high quality standards set.
• Deliver key market development projects across region
• Developing an in-depth understanding and becoming an expert in relevant regional markets – the business environment in which the brand compete including category segments and channels
• Building a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers
• Assist in the development of consumer insights and input in development of global innovation and communication programme working closely with the market research team, agencies and other functional teams
• Work closely with local brand teams to understand market specificities and support in developing successful long term plans for each country; identify learnings and best practices across the region.
• Accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of regional support activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives in key countries
• Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
