İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for the management of Analysis Team and main responsibility of the team is to conduct financial analysis and sector analysis tasks for judgmental lending.
  • Provide a high level of credit appraisal, judgment and comments for the credit applications which are submitted, ensuring that the credit process is respected and asset quality maintained.
  • Ensure that facility falls within the parameters in the area's lending guidelines are controlled
  • Manage the sustainance of a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in high quality performance
  • Ensure that processes and procedures adhere to HSBC standards, resulting in a satisfactory Risk Review where undertaken
  • Propose customer risk rating, based on the customer financial statements and qualitative responses provided by the Relationship Managers.
  • Manage the work flow so that that financial and sectoral analysis of credit packages of Corporate and Business Banking customers are prepared on time accurately and objectively meeting the deadlines
  • Prepare Cash Flow Projections where necessary as per Lending Guidelines.
  • Lead team to achieve coherence and consistency to be compliant with the requirements of local and Group Credit.
  • Strong analytical skills must be utilized. Must be alert to sector and company-specific developments.
  • Work effectively with the stakeholders, Credit Risk Team, Business, Legal, Compliance and Group Credit.
  • Conduct customer visits where it is necessary and oversee that the analyst also do customer visits.
  • Contact RM/customers in case of any queries during analysis work.
  • Involve in IT projects or lead where necessary working groups related with the job description of the department
  • Involve in committees and produce management information reports as required
