XGEN Energy is a new generation engineering company which provides services and products for wind energy market since 2010.
XGEN energy is a local component supplier for the facilities seeking high-quality requirements such as tower manufacturers, blade factories and nacelle producers. Besides, XGEN Energy provides turn-key wind measurement campaigns include installation of met mast, commissioning of electronics, gathering valid measurement data, preventive maintenance and services.
As XGEN Energy, we are an approved supplier of global wind turbine manufacturers and looking a new team mate to support our quality team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing environments.
Good knowledge in quality management systems (preferred to have experience in APQP4WIND and/or QS 9000 and/or VDA 6.3 and/or IATF16949)
Fluency in writing and speaking in English
Bachelor Degree (preferred in engineering departments: Machine, Metallurgical and Materials, Chemical…)
Has a valid driving license
Willing to work during flexible working hours, to self-development and proactive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review component drawings and understand the quality requirements for each components. Understand all performance and engineering specifications applied to the parts.
Implementation , documentation and /or revision of customer requirements .
Perform constant field inspections at supplier's sites.
Follow-up production and raise the problems about manufacturing, suppliers, etc.
Preparation of quality reports, attendance of quality related activity meetings, client audits.
