QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Procurement IT Team Leader  and strong team member who will work in SunExpress Headquarters.

Requirements;

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics from a reputable university,
• Understanding IT function & IT related supply domain,
• 8 years and more of experience in procurement,
• Advanced level of English both in written and spoken (German language would be an asset),
• Advanced MS Office applications, SAP and other Procurement IT systems knowledge,
• Having high coordination & strong communication skills,
• Ability to work under time pressure,
• Strong negotiation skills for the optimum supply conditions,
• High level of problem-solving skills,
• Decisive and result oriented,
• High level of cost awareness,
• Ability to be proactive, independent and self-organised as well as drive to lead initiatives,

Some of your tasks and responsibilities will be as follows;

• Coordinating and conducting P2P transactional activities, order placement and follow-up,
• Involving in negotiations with suppliers to get favorable contractual terms and conditions for contracts,
• Coordinating sourcing support resources adequately to needs with an available budget,
• Drive development and implementation of category practices especially by executing strategic sourcing initiatives,
• Manage category strategy implementation and sourcing execution for selected categories
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and resolution of conflicts,
• Analyse supply markets and cost drivers, track commodity prices,
• Preparing reports related to the operations.
• Build and maintain strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders and ensure stakeholder engagement,
• Involving in ongoing projects related to Corporate Procurement Department,
• Develop functional competencies, negotiations and project management skills and category knowledge,
• Manage sourcing support resources adequately to needs with an available budget,
• Experience in IT domains - IT hardware & software, IT solutions, SaaS, IT Licenses… etc.,
• Manage IT Procurement Team.
