QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Participate in contract commercial solution design, contract negotiation, and contract risk and dispute resolution to support project operations. Support contract fulfillment of the project, interpret the contract, execute the change process, resolve project disputes, and close the contract in a timely manner.

 1. Commercial bidding: Participate in bidding projects ,analysis customer requirements and develop commercial proposal, identify and mitigate contract risks, and prepare commercial solutions and bidding documents.

 2. Commercial negotiation: Support contract negotiation with customers and vendors according to the defined negotiation objectives and strategies, mitigate contract risks to improve contract quality.

 3.Supporting commercial operations with customers and vendors such as cash collections, payments, issueing and controling invoices and bank quarantees

 4.Supporting Project Management for Logistics, Custom Operations, Insurance,…etc

Qualifications

·       Bachelor degree with engineering or equivalent engineer (electrical engineer is preferred)

·       5 years’ work experience in Renewable Energy Industry (Solar energy business is preferred )

·       Good English skills

·       Be familiar with commercial contract reading, writing knowledge and negotiation skills, operating tools and processes, customer understanding and communication.

·       Willingness to accept challenges, good team work.

·       Experience with ERP systems such as Microsof Navision, SAP is an advantage

·       Strong knowledge of using MS Office Software: excel, word, power point
