AccessTurkey Capital Group

AccessTurkey Capital Group (“ATCG”)is a privately held investment management firm that is active on a wide range of financial asset classes including private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds.

AccessTurkey Private Equity is the Private Equity franchise of ATCG and invests in various investment themes on an opportunistic basis. The first investment of AccessTurkey Private Equity is Olgun Çelik, a leading domestic leaf spring manufacturer to the automotive original equipment and aftermarket channels.

iLab Ventures (www.ilab.com.tr), the Venture Capital vehicle of ATCG is active since 2000. The iLab portfolio of investments includes assets such as Kariyer.net (www.kariyer.net), the largest online recruitment services provider in Turkey; Sigortam.net (www.sigortam.net), Turkey’s first online-offline insurance brokerage service which allows insurance comparison; ChemOrbis (www.chemorbis.com), a global chemicals and plastics e-marketplace; SteelOrbis (www.steelorbis.com), a globally expanding neutral steel e-marketplace; GittiGidiyor.com (www.gittigidiyor.com), Turkey’s largest online consumer trading platform and Treda (www.treda.com.tr) an e-business solution provider and software company.

AccessTurkey Fund, a Hedge Fund active since early 1999, targets absolute returns primarily by investing and trading in Turkish equities.

AccessTurkey Real Estate is the real estate investment management company of ATCG. Ocean Real Estate, the first investment of AccessTurkey Real Estate, specifically focuses on industrial and logistics real estate properties in Turkey.
