Bireysel Müşteri Temsilcisi

• At least 2 years experience in customer representative and sales operations especially in the automotive industry
• Qualified SAP knowledge and practical experience also for MS-Office applications.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, ability to work co-operatively in a multinational operating organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above (preffered in Business Administration, economics, engineering)

İŞ TANIMI

• Logistics coordination of Automotive After Market products within “warehouse to customer” supply chain process.
• Commercial and logistics customer management, interface between internal departments and also extern contacts. 
• Receiving, tracking and managing customer orders and requirements
• Daily order follow-up and back-orders follow-up
• Execution of Claim/Return management tools to obtain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with Sales Representatives & Product Specialists upon campaigns,  sales strategies and customer acquisition projects.
• Proactively monitor customer activity and provide insights and solutions to the client and our internal team’s to improve outcomes
• Prioritizing and driving resolution on escalated customer issues;
• Follow-up of customers with regular meeting or telephone meetings
