External Transport Coordinator

• University degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade (Import-Export) 
• Experience in TR-/Foreign custom regulations, transport concepts
• Experience in SD- SAP modules
• Excellent command of MS-Office applications
• Advanced English or German as foreign language
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative, result oriented
• Willing to work in a team

İŞ TANIMI

• Management of international transport concept projects
• Represents the company through written and verbal communication, as well as personal visits to various service providers  to other Bosch Plants,  Foreign Customs and Customers
• Ensures outbound deliveries with requirements of customers, Turkish and foreign trade laws
• Conducts freight cost comparison studies
• Initiates & coordinates cost effective transport processes
• Creation of customer shipping documents from SAP according regulations of foreign trade rules
• Preparing export documents (A.TR, Origin of Goods and Euro1) for the TR and Foreign Customs
