QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The People Advisor serves as a primary connection between Human Resources and the employee, providing high quality coaching and advisory services to employees and line managers in order to optimize the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary connection between Human Resources and the employee
· Provides high quality coaching and advisory services to employees and line managers in order to optimize the employee experience
· Serve employees throughout the HR life cycle covering enabling execution of the following processes: Recruitment Management, Performance Management, Recognition, Discipline, Leave Management, Absenteeism Management, Employee Engagement
· Coach and advise supervisors and career counselors to become more effective in handling people matters
· Facilitate career planning and development process
· Support annual performance management “rate and compare” process
· Organize and plan all training related activities within the company

Qualifications
· A Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
· Deep human resources service delivery experience (min.2 - max.5 years)
· Solid understanding of HR business operations
· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
· Advanced level of Excel and Power Point program experience
· Experienced in payroll execution , performance management and training organization processes
· Good knowledge in labor law, social security and health insurance legislation
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· No military service obligation for male candidates
