Procurement Specialist, İstanbul

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Preferably at least 1 year experince in purchasing processes.
  
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications
• Experience in SAP and would be an asset

• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
• Good team player, result oriented with positive attitude
• Strong demonstrated negotiation and analytical abilities
• Ability to work effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines in a complex international environment
• Proactive and resourceful in solving problems; actions and results oriented,
• No military obligation for male candidates
• FMCG industry knowledge is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing purchasing strategies for the company
• Organizing, following up and executing supply process
• Cost analysis and reporting for the relevant materials /commodities
• Effective collaboration with cross functional departments both for daily operations and internal projects
• Developing cost saving projects and methods in global level
• Brings new suppliers, service providers and material innovations into the purchasing portfolio.
• Managing purchasing processes in order to annual purchasing goals,
• Arranging neccessary contracts with the suppliers,
• Leading the purchasing processes, by providing the best conditions in terms of price, quality, delivery, technology and sustainability in accordance with centrally defined guidelines.
• Analyzing offers commercially, order placement, contracting , SAP purchasing operations
