Production Lead Engineer

We are looking forward to employ a production lead engineer to carry out the following tasks

• To carry out the production processes according to the work instructions and quality standards,
• To ensure timely and complete production of orders,
• To develop necessary systems for production planning and man hour management.
• To contribute to improving production processes and increasing production efficiency,
• To ensure coordination between production processes,
• To identify and solve the defects in manufacturing processes,
• To realize the production targets within the framework of the cost plan determined by the company,
• Organizing weekly and monthly production reports and forwarding to senior management,
• Co-ordinate and supervise personnel in the factory manufacturing area,
• To provide working order in accordance with the laws and regulations related to occupational safety and environmental regulations

The candidate should be:

• Proficient in ms office programs.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to use auto-cad and able to read production drawings.
• Able to communicate with the production team.
• Able to travel if necessary.
• Experienced in production. (machinery, mobile equipment, welding)
• Able to use planning software.
