IT Control Specialist/ Senior Specialist

We are looking for a “IT Control Specialist/ Senior Specialist” for our payment institution in Turkey and its subsidiary in Europe.   

•  Lead IT control projects from the planning to the reporting phase and document results with value-added recommendations aligned with our control methodology.
  
• Coordinate IT control planning with our operational and finance controls to provide adequate coverage over the company's critical IT risks.
• Conduct and supervise the execution of IT control plan.
• Building, growing and improving the IT internal control environment.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal control team members and other IT functions. 
• Analyzing and concluding on effectiveness and efficiency of Internal Control environment,
• Reporting findings to IT unit in order to shape their actions to establish and maintain more effective control environment,
• Final reporting to the senior management,
• Provide IT control reports and all supporting documents for IT external audit,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT controller, auditor,
• Fluent in English
• Extensive knowledge of Turkey and European IT regulation and framework
• Passionate for internal process improvements via innovation and automation
• Preferably having CISA, CISM, CRISC or related certificates,
• Strong analytical skills, careful and detail oriented,
• Strong communication skills, including with senior management
• Motivated, energetic, and eager to learn new tasks and skills,
• No travel restriction
