We are looking for a Customer Order Planning and Logistics Responsible/Engineer is managing customer orders end-to-end, coordinating the demand and planning cycle, and overseeing the full logistics flow from trading materials procurement through delivery to the customer.
The position will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will be located in our production facility in Gebze (Kocaeli).
JOB DESCRIPTION;
- Daily monitoring, validation and processing of customer orders.
Planning customer orders based on stock availability, capacity and procurement timelines.
Managing the complete trading materials procurement-to-delivery cycle.
Coordinating domestic and international shipments and transportation planning.
- Cross-functional alignment with production, warehouse, purchasing and logistics teams.
- Monitoring stock levels, critical materials and supply risks.
- Preparing weekly/monthly order, stock and logistics KPI reports.
- Ensuring the proper execution of SAP SD/MM processes.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and participating in SAP projects.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or related fields.
- At least 2–4 years experience in customer order management, planning or logistics.
- Knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Good level of English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
