Production & Timeline Follow-Up: track production status of open POs with suppliers; confirm suppliers correctly understand specs (quality, sizes, colors, construction); monitor timelines, catch delay risks early, report immediately, and push suppliers for corrective action; verify progress through regular factory visits; follow the sample process (checking, approval, dispatch, lab testing when required).

Quality Control: inspect against rug quality specs — construction, weight (GSM), dimensions, color, pile height, edge/serging workmanship; inline inspections during production; final pre-shipment inspection covering product, packaging, labeling, and barcodes; verify "Made in Türkiye" origin labeling; verify marketplace compliance (carton markings, UPC/FNSKU labels, Amazon/Wayfair/Walmart packaging requirements); photo-documented defect reports with follow-through on resolution.

Loading & Shipping: pre-stuffing container inspection (clean, dry, undamaged, odor-free) with seal numbers recorded and photographed; supervise loadings with piece counts, load-plan compliance, and photo reports; capture actual carton dimensions and weights per SKU; check commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin against goods actually loaded; coordinate loading dates with forwarders; verify goods are complete and conforming before balance payments are released.

Reporting & Other: weekly written status report in English (production stage, estimated loading dates, risks, actions for every open PO); immediate escalation of delays or quality issues; product photos/videos at factories; live translation/liaison on supplier calls; local errands (sample pickup, packaging materials, document delivery).

Requirements: 3+ years in the rug industry (production, production planning, QC, or export operations); strong command of machine-made rug production, qualities, and technical specs; based in Gaziantep with knowledge of the local manufacturer network; good English (all reporting in English); active driver; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets; detail-oriented, persistent, self-directed.
