We seek for " HUB Category Manager '' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Power Grids, High Voltage Service in Kartal location with below qualifications;

Your background

• Degree in Business Administration and Engineering required,
• Excellent command of English at negotiating level (both written and spoken), 
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Several years of working experiences in manufacturing and proven track record in International Strategic Sourcing with Strategy Definition and Execution,
• Analytic Leader, Good Communicator, Hands on minded,
• Ability to motivate the team members in in a complex matrix environment,
• Experienced in intercultural multi-business environment,
• Able to travel.

Your responsibilities

• Cooperate with the team of Sourcing Buyers which are located in operational units across Europe, ,
• Define, coordinate and implement sourcing strategy (Market and Competitor Analysis, Material Category Strategy, Category Roadmap with Suppliers, Classification of Suppliers, Value Chain Analysis and Design),
• Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process (CIPS) for assigned categories,
• International Supplier Relationship Management: Supplier Risk Management, Supplier Development, Supplier Auditing and Contracting, Coordinate efforts for supplier orpart qualification,
• Bundling of price negotiations and managing and monitoring cost saving activities across all units,
• Initiate and improve Operational Excellence & Supplier Performance, Using of Best Practice (Lean Management, Cost Analysis, Design to Cost, VMI, Consignment stock, etc.), Best Cost Country Sourcing and Make Or Buy Analysis and Implementation ,
• Plan, Initialize and Monitor Strategic Sourcing Activities for Project & Serial Business , New Product Developments, Early Involvement of Key Suppliers, Design To Cost Aspects: Approve supplier decisions from LPGs,
• Fulfill the guidelines of SOX, OHS, EHS and compliance,
• Cost reduction on external material, Extension of average payment terms, Supplier Consolidation, Usage of Preferred Suppliers,
• Adapts corporate contractual framework to the business needs, recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval. Defines and establishes standard agreements (GTC, agreements for quality assurance and logistics) with all major suppliers, relevant for the category.
