QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor/Master degree in Science/ Pharmacy/Biotechnology from reputed University
• Experience of around 2 to 5 years in IP department of reputed pharmaceutical company/ organization
• Good academic record and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (good written and spoken English communication)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proficient experience in Patent Searching, Analytics, Landscaping, Freedom to Operate & Infringement analysis.  
• Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various regulated countries like US, EU, CA, AU, etc. apart from TR.
• Independently capable to perform IP-FTO analysis for in-house projects as well CRO projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Patent/Prior Art Searching Databases like Sci-Finder, STN, Derwent, Newport, etc.
• Good skills of drafting, Filing & Prosecution of Patent Applications.
• Support to New Product Selection activity through generating Preliminary patent report.
