Junior Technical Purchasing Staff

Adamar International Maritime Services Inc. is looking for a Junior Technical Purchasing Staff member to join our team at our Aliağa office.
This is a training-oriented position for candidates who want to build a career in technical purchasing. Previous experience is not required; we are looking for candidates with strong learning potential and a willingness to develop.

Qualifications 
Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
Willingness to learn and develop in technical purchasing,
Strong research, analytical and follow-up skills,
Good command of MS Office applications,
Strong communication and teamwork skills,
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
University graduate or recent graduate is preferred.

Responsibilities 
Conduct market and supplier research for technical products and equipment,
Request, collect and compare quotations from suppliers,
Follow up purchasing processes from quotation to order,
Handle correspondence with suppliers in English,
Prepare and maintain purchasing-related records and documentation,
Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth purchasing operations.

 Location: Aliağa, İzmir
 Work Arrangement: Office-based
Working Schedule: Saturday work is included.
