For our client operating in the global logistics sector, for whom we provide consultancy services, we are looking for a Finance Support Specialist.

Job Description 

• Monitoring and controlling customer invoices, identifying and resolving potential discrepancies
• Managing invoice disputes, credit notes, and correction processes end-to-end
• Analyzing customer-related financial queries (disputes) and coordinating resolution processes
• Actively communicating with customers to manage financial processes such as billing, refunds, and adjustments

• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (operations, accounting, sales, etc.) to resolve issues effectively
• Regularly reviewing and maintaining accurate billing records and customer account data
• Identifying process gaps and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting financial tracking activities and related reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in finance, billing, customer accounts, or a similar function
• Hands-on experience in invoice management, dispute resolution, and customer communication processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, in a business environment
• Strong customer orientation with effective communication and follow-up skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a hands-on and ownership-driven mindset
