 We are looking  an ‘’HR Lead’’ for our global client in  Kırklareli with the following skills and the qualifications:

•  Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has a knowledge and 5 years practical experience in various functions of human resources (Payroll processes, Labor Law, Social Security Law and Trade Union Law, Collective Bargaining Strike and Lockout Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law).
• Has a strong sense of organization and team work

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  To support employees and managers in all employment life cycle matters complying with Labor Law, Social Security Law and relevant legislation
• To contribute in the implementation and development of human resources systems, projects and activities; both locally and by taking active role in the global projects (i.e recruitment, talent management, compensation, workforce plans, engagement).
• To manage the relationships with trade unions and union representatives
• To manage the relationships with government bodies and 3rd party service providers (payroll & healthcare)
• To carry out the payroll process in an accurate and timely manner
• To prepare monthly and annual reports on Human Resources activities,
• To prepare/support the preparation of labor cost budget and explain variances in budget vs actual
• To support the renewal process of collective bargaining agreement
• To monitor that subcontractors service delivery and reportings are compliant to the legislation
• To maintain the systems and keep all documentation up-to-date within the scope of Quality Management Systems, representing the company in the Social Compliance audits.
