We are looking for a "HR Business Partner" for our customer operating in "Industrial Gases" industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree 
• 4+ years' experience in HRPB
• Knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance related to day-today management of employees
• Experience in developing and implementing talent management initiatives and change management methods
• Creative and strong communication, team building and interpersonal skills
• Project management abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Digital ToolsOral and written communication skills in English (min. CEF B1 level)
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• No restrcition to travel abroad
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for key HR processes:compensation & benefit, performancemanagement, org. development, succession planning, talent management and recruiting
• Serves as key point person for Talent Management for the Region and the Cluster
• Partner with each business unit to run key people processes (performance management, compensation, training&development programs etc.) Identify key talent capabilities across each team as well as opportunities for learning, development and training
• Manage and bring resolution to complex employee relations issues, conduction thorough and effective investigations as necessaryGiving support to payroll process
• Active cooperation with the othe rmembers of the HRBP team and joint derivation of the relevant HR issues with regard to business strategy
• SAP superuser back up
