We are currently seeking an experienced 'Office Coordinator' for our client, a well-established company operating in the defense industry, for whom we provide recruitment consultancy services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
Job Description
Coordinate and manage day-to-day office operations.
Provide administrative support to management and employees.
Organize meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
Handle correspondence and communication in English and Turkish.
Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support budgeting, invoice tracking, and office-related expenses.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and international guests.
