Field Service Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Perform site installation, testing & commissioning of our distrubitor company products such as Beckman Coulter, Geevo, Marz Shuller
• Perform other field service activities including troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for distrubitor company products
• Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners,
• Perform service works according to ADGLAB’s technical, commercial and health & safety standards,
• Perform trainings to customer at site and at ADGLAB facilities,
• Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service, Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list,
• Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition,
• Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries.

Your background

• University degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related departments
• At least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical instruments and services,
• Good command of written English and intermediate/upper intermediate level of spoken English,
• Knowledge in MS Office programs,
• Team worker, analytical, communicate effectively and customer oriented,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Ability to travel frequently,
• A valid driving license.
