QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Previous experience in Pricing management
- Strong business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets/ global)
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 4+ years of Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience retail exposure, ideally in sporting goods, fashion or other youth culture brands
- IT skills: Outlook and Word: Good; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced
İŞ TANIMI
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Create, define and execute Product & Pricing Architecture across Turkey & category within global guidelines.
Support the BU Lead EM in defining the short and mid -term range management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select an optimal range within the parameters set by the CTC team.
- Responsible for Market/ Category (MSI) input.
- Monitor concept deployment execution including customer allocation and refine range segmentation strategy.
- Secure 100% EM range overlap and guarantee alignment with EMMR and GLS target.
- Compiling competitor research in relevant categories to understand the target consumer and gain retailer insights.
- Maintain product information in the systems
- Execute quality go-to-market plans and support sell-ins.
- Present range & seasonal strategy to retailers, sales team and senior management.
- Secure a best practice level of implementation of global brand and product strategy.
- Work closely with the VM team and drive affective DTC assortment planning
