QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Previous experience in Pricing management

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
 Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience retail exposure, ideally in sporting goods, fashion or other youth culture brands
  • IT skills: Outlook and Word: Good; Excel and PowerPoint: advanced


İŞ TANIMI

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
 
Create, define and execute Product & Pricing Architecture across Turkey & category within global guidelines.
Support the BU Lead EM in defining the short and mid -term range management objectives.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Select an optimal range within the parameters set by the CTC team.
  • Responsible for Market/ Category (MSI) input. 
  • Monitor concept deployment execution including customer allocation and refine range segmentation strategy.
  • Secure 100% EM range overlap and guarantee alignment with EMMR and GLS target.
  • Compiling competitor research in relevant categories to understand the target consumer and gain retailer insights.
  • Maintain product information in the systems
  • Execute quality go-to-market plans and support sell-ins.  
  • Present range & seasonal strategy to retailers, sales team and senior management.
  • Secure a best practice level of implementation of global brand and product strategy.
  • Work closely with the VM team and drive affective DTC assortment planning
