Minimum 10 years of experience in process quality management within the automotive industry

Strong knowledge of quality control in production processes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)

Good communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain customer relationships effectively

Proficient in written and spoken English (capable of handling customer correspondence and audits)

Solid understanding of automotive quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC

Hands-on experience in managing shopfloor quality issues and coordinating with production teams

Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, but this is not a Quality Systems Manager role – focus is onprocess quality

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)

Military service must be completed (for male candidates in Turkey)
