Maintenance Manager

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for our company, which operates in the field of elevators and escalators.

Qualifications;

·        Graduated from Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics ,Mechanics, Engineering departments of universities,

·        Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of elevators and escalators, hands on projects.

·        Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs,

·        Takes care of his appearance and diction properly, has strong human relations and work discipline,

·        Fluent in English

Job Description:

·        Monitors and controls the execution of routine preventive maintenance of all units under maintenance.

·        Monitors and controls the execution of repair work for specific projects under maintenance and pre-maintenance repairs for renewal contracts.

·        Timely plans and recommends manpower requirements to the GM at regular intervals.

·        Coordinates with the service sales department on pre-maintenance surveys, refurbishment of units under maintenance and their cost estimation.

·        Responsible for planning, purchasing and maintaining capital tools and equipment through the Senior Maintenance Engineer.

·        Responsible for planning and ordering spare parts need in a timely manner.

·        Sets annual maintenance targets.

·        Organizes field training program for maintenance trainees and technicians.

·        Follows customer complaints.

·        Prepares a consolidated monthly statistical report of fault calls and sends it to the GM.

·        Transmits and follows up Trouble reports regarding maintenance contracts to factories.

·         Responsible for the evaluation of maintenance technicians.

·        Maintains statistical information of sales / installation / maintenance records.

·         Responsible for safety-related issues at the construction site.
