Purchasing Specialist

As the leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing industry, which has a facilitylocated  in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member who will be contributing his/her broad expertise and will be responsible for engineering of the phone manufacturing process in our expanding organization as a ‘Purchasing Specialist’.

• Use SAP system as a tool to manage purchase orders, including create and issue orders, follow up and update PO status in system,
• Manage purchasing related intercompany transactions in SAP system,
• Follow up deliveries and ensure material arriving at factory in right time,
• Manage customer consigned materials, report and communicate customer consigned material status in a regular basis,
• Source pallet, packaging and indirect materials in Turkey or Europe locally, manage local vendors and carry out regular cost reduction activities,
• Reschedule deliveries according to production plan,
• Deal with supplier payment issues when necessary,
• Purchase general materials and services,
• Having active role in all purchasing processes of general services, marketing and technical requirements, in line with the procurement procedure,
• Bachelor’s degree,
• MPS/MRP Knowledge,
• Minimum 2 years working experience in purchasing from manufacturing industry,
• Able to use SAP, Microsoft office as working tool,
• Having good English communication and presentation skills (oral and written),    
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and dynamic personality,
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Resides in or near to Tuzla.
