AIKA - American International Kids Academy are looking forFemale English Teachers for our preschool located in İstanbul (Alkent, Acıbadem, Acarkent, Bahçeşehir, Beylikdüzü, Florya, Halkalı, 5.Levent, Zekeriyaköy), who can work full time (8 am - 5 pm).

Dynamic, bilingual teachers to teach a full range of foreign languages, music and art classes. Classes are for children (ages 2-6 years) and include Foreign Languages, Storytelling, Art and Music classes. Applicants must enjoy children, be comfortable interacting with adults and have the ability to bring enthusiasm and creativity to each class. Teachers and students are creative, moving around and active! Our program is fun and inventive and you should be too!

Requirements you MUST HAVE for the position:

• Experience as a Preschool Teacher or any early childhood work experience OR language, art or music teaching experience
• Love for children and ability to interact with them using body language and mimics effectively.
• A degree in Teaching, Literature or related fields and/or one of the TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA Certificates.
• A good command in spoken English and a good pronunciation.
• Residence permit is a must.
• A smiling face and kind attitude.
• Adaptable to technology- Google G-suite, Classroom etc.
• Enthusiasm to teach and play with kids aged between 18 months- 6 years old.
• Hard working, adaptable and presentable manners.
• Playful and engaging teaching style combined with a positive, warm and charismatic personality
• Not afraid to act "silly" for the sake of a lesson
• Ability to connect with both adults and young children
• Teachers must have a natural drive to learn and teach
• Project working familiarity-a great plus
• High level of accountability and integrity
• Ability to get up and down, unaided, from a sitting position on the floor.
• Strong group facilitation skills
