Li ( Engineering Leader)

We are looking for an Engineering Leader who will ensure robust component and system development in line with GSFA roadmap and technical standards. You will act as the main technical interface between design teams, process engineers, and suppliers, and contribute to the technical direction of the project by sharing your expertise. 

Qualifications for Success 

• Expertise in design and validation methods 
• Experience with CAD/PDM systems for consultation and archiving 
• Knowledge of quality systems and documentation standards, validation / test methods 
• Technical competence in your specific perimeter (interior / exterior trims, plastic and metal parts (BIW)) 
• Curious and solution-oriented mindset 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills 
• Ability to incorporate feedback and share experience 
• Project or technical domain experience required 
• Fluency in English or willingness and ability to progress 
• Strong Knowledge of capitalization and process logic 
• Advanced MS Office and presentation skills 
• Having experience on Renault projects 

Familiarity with tools such as  

• LUP 
• SIGNE 
• RGPQP 
• TOTEM 
• OneVAL 
• TCS 
• NPDM 

 Roles and Responsibilities 

• Ensure technical convergence and alignment with suppliers 
• Obtain related validations tests by agreement with metier 
• Following validation progress status on OneVAL 
• Support Project Team (PFE) by technical side 
• Propose improvements to standards based on field experience 
• Deliver key outputs such as component plans and validation deliverables
