We are looking for a System Engineering Leader who will represent the project team and system métier team. You will drive the development, integration, and validation of the system according to standardized methodologies. If you are passionate about cross-functional engineering and capable of ensuring end-to-end delivery of system-level responsibilities, we would love to meet you!

Qualifications for Success

·       Strong knowledge in System Engineering

·       Familiarity with design and validation methods

·       Project leadership and coordination skills

·       Creative and open-minded

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to propose and arbitrate solutions for technical issues

·       Knowledge in the métier related to system or system engineering

·       Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Represent the system métier team within the project

·       Lead system development activities using standardized methodologies

·       Build and lead system integration and validation phases

·       Create and follow the prototype and validation plans

·       Participate in problem-solving and decision-making for technical issues

·       Collaborate with development and validation units

·       Deliver system documentation and justification (including DDMRS)

·       Ensure timely delivery of system deliverables
