Project Engineer – Cda (Int/Ext,Bıw, Plat. Sys.)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CdA (Chargé d’Affaires) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the technical definition, validation planning, and supplier coordination for prototype parts within the product range requirements, including: 

• *interior / exterior trims 

• *plastic parts 

• *metal parts (BIW) 

• *platform systems such as chassis, brakes, clim box, fluid piping systems, etc. 

You will ensure alignment with project quality, cost, and timing targets during the upstream vehicle development phase. 

Qualifications for Success 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field 
• Strong knowledge of; BIW design, welding technologies, and material properties (e.g., stamped sheet metal)or Plastic Injection, foaming, trimming for Interior / Exterior parts 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in prototype development or body engineering within the automotive sector (experience in Renault projects is a plus) 
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., CATIA V5) and PLM systems (NPDM) and technical drawing interpretation 
• Familiarity with validation planning and RFQ preparation 
• Experience managing suppliers and working in cross-functional project teams 
• Solid understanding of QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) 
• Advanced MS Office and presentation skills 
• Familiarity with tools such as; 
• LUP 
• SIGNE 
• RGPQP 
• TOTEM 
• OneVAL 
• TCS 
• NPDM  
• Fluency in written and spoken English 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Define technical requirements and specifications for BIW prototype components 
• Draft and manage technical documentation and validation support requests 
• Prepare RFQs in collaboration with the purchasing team and evaluate supplier offers 
• Coordinate prototype part manufacturing with external suppliers 
• Monitor technical feasibility, conformity, and alignment with program milestones 
• Archive CAD files, test reports, and change request documentation 
• Support technical synthesis activities to improve part quality and reduce cost 
• Actively contribute to upstream project development by ensuring robust deliverables 
• Track and report progress on planning and technical
