Project Leader PFE ADAS / Multimedia
About Job
We are looking for a skilled and motivated E/E Project Leader to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the electrical and electronic systems of ADAS / multimedia systems. You will lead the technical scope of hybrid battery and E/E systems during upstream development—ensuring system coherence, quality, and successful integration from concept to mass production.
Qualifications for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering activities within automotive or similar industries
- Strong command of system development standards (quality, cost, timing)
- Solid knowledge of functional safety and system integration
- Familiarity with QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery, People)
- Understanding of IATF 16949, PPAP processes
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience with Renault projects and tools (LUP, SIGNE, RGPQP, TOTEM, OneVAL, TCS, NPDM) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead system development activities E/E domains
- Serve as the key system engineer and contact point for industrialization teams
- Define and manage project-specific technical requirements
- Ensure project coherence across systems while meeting performance targets
- Lead system integration, validation, and functional safety from concept freeze to production
- Track and coordinate system validation progress
- Regularly update project stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Drive early technical decision-making and supplier coordination
- Align stakeholders around shared technical objectives
