Project Leader PFE ( Int/Ext-Bıw)

We are looking for a PFE-Project Leader to define the technical scope during the upstream project phase. This role involves integrating innovations, standards, and technical policies from the métier, managing supplier consultations, and enabling early technical decision-making and will be responsible from the product ranges of interior / exterior trims, plastic and metal parts (BIW). 

Qualifications for Success 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field 
• Strong project management skills 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams 
• Solid knowledge of systems engineering and innovation processes 
• Experience with economic performance indicators and QCDP objectives (QCDP: Quality, Cost, Delivery, People) 
• IATF 16949, PPAP management 
• Expertise in design and quality engineering methodologies 
• Advanced MS Office and presentation skills 
• Having experience on Renault projects 
• Familiarity with tools such as  

• LUP 

• SIGNE 

• RGPQP 

• TOTEM 

• OneVAL 

• TCS 

• NPDM 

Additional assets: 

• Ability to align diverse stakeholders toward shared objectives 
• Excellent negotiation skills and perseverance 
• Fluency in English  

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Define the technical scope during pre-project phases 
• Ensure robust product/process development aligned with GSFA roadmap and technical policies 
• Integrate innovations, standards, and métier-specific technical policies 
• Prepare consultation documents (RFQs), analyze supplier responses, and support sourcing decisions 
• Collect and organize data for technical justifications and project synthesis 
• Enable early technical decision-making through validated data 
• Ensure timely delivery of key project documents and deliverables, including: 
• Converged technical definitions 
• QCDP performance synthesis documents 
• RFQ consultation files 
• GSFA and métier pilot reports 
• Coordinate with product teams and upstream design departments 
• Collaborate with purchasing, DCV (Design Change Validation), and suppliers 
• Manage warehousing and calibration issues 
• Deliver EQM milestones in line with project timelines
