Project Leader - PFE Wiring / Harness E-E

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Wiring Project Leader to join our engineering team supporting future automotive programs. In this role, you will work closely with our client’s engineering teams and take responsibility for key project deliverables — ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of wiring-related activities across all phases of the project. 

Qualifications for Success 

• Min. BsC degree on electric / electronics engineering or relevant departments from high reputable universities. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wiring projects, ideally in the automotive sector 
• Mechanical design and automotive wiring systems 
• Automotive products 
• Project processes and milestones 
• Familiarity with tools such as  
• LUP 
• SIGNE 
• RGPQP 
• TOTEM 
• OneVAL 
• TCS 
• NPDM 
• Advanced MS Office and presentation skills 
• Understanding of wiring manufacturing plants 
• Fluency in English 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Lead all wiring deliverables within your perimeter 
• Justify technical decisions and oversee their implementation 
• Maintain and update logistics and tooling schedules 
• Coordinate supplier activities and monitor performance 
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards 
• Control development costs 
• Contribute to activity development, process optimization, and technical knowledge sharingin accordance with project plans.
