GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Job Title: E-KENT International Sales Manager 

Company 

E-Kent is founded in 2002 and positions itself as an end-to-end solution partner and develops valueadded business models in 2 major sectors: 

  •   Sports and Event Ticketing & Access Control Systems 
  •   Automated Fare Collection Solutions in Public Transportation 

Since 2014, E-Kent is the sole integrator of Turkish Football Federation’s e-Ticketing system PASSOLIG for centralized ticketing, stadium access control and surveillance systems. 

Tickets of 39 football teams including Galatasaray, Beşiktaş and Fenerbahçe are sold through E-Kent’s ticketing platform PASSO. FIFA, UEFA, EuroLeague are also among E-Kent references.

E-Kent also presents its own hardware and software for Access Control System. Since 2014, 30+ mio football fans entered to stadiums using E-Kent’s solutions. During this period, 8.000 events/match are operated by E-Kent teams in Turkey. 

E-Kent is expanding globally its activities and set-up its branch E-Kent Europe GmbH in Hamburg to manage ticketing operations at European region. 

As part of this strategy, E-Kent is also supplied its Access Control System to AL THUMAMA Stadium at Doha for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and to several stadiums in Algeria, Azerbaijan, Rwanda and Senegal. 


Role 

This role will manage the sales of E-KENT products and services in the targeted regions outside of Turkey. Priority target is defined as the EMEA region and specifically KSA. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and focused Sales Manager to support us in generating new businesses in Sports & Entertainment sectors to present our Access Control and Ticketing solutions. 

This role requires a proven new business sales track record backed up by achievements against targets.

International Sales Manager should handle a variety of accounts by providing a pro-active, customer and business-focused solution, whilst promoting the highest standards of customer service at all times.


Expectations 


• Managing sales and marketing activities of E-KENT’s hardware and software solutions globally, 

• Researching sectoral markets and creating new business areas, mainly in EMEA region (specifically KSA), 

• Find and define growth corridors and opportunities to build a clientele, 

• Following up of potential and existing customer relations, 

• Following potential markets and monitor trends in the market, 

• Contributing to international promotions of the E-Kent brand, products and services, 

• Demonstrating product knowledge for effective presentation of company technology and services to clients and stakeholders, 

• Following the tenders and developments in line for new projects, 

• Coordinating with relevant departments to determine marketing methods and tools.


Basic Qualification 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent, 

• 5+ years of professional experience of product/service sales abroad (preferably in a technological solution providing company), 

• Eagerness to travel to targeted markets mainly in EMEA region (specifically KSA) and manage the sales of digital projects, 

• Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail orientation and advanced problem solving skills, 

• Having systematic working principle, 

• Having strong communication skills and being a good team player, 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, 

• Excellent use of MS Office Programs. 


Preferred Qualification 

• Experience with sports, ticketing, public transportation or other similar background 

• Experience of sales at EMEA region 

• Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
