QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We have 650+ turn-key projects in 120+ countries across 4 continents and among the top 1000 exporters in Turkey, exporting 95% of our production.
We are looking for "Cash Flow Analyst & Incharge of Trade Receivables" to take part in Alapala Holding in Yeşilköy, İstanbul.

What Do We Expect From You ?

  • Graduated from departments of Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Finance etc.
  • Planning, organization, effective time management skills,
  • Willing about continuous learning and development,
  • Thinking analytically, applying problem solving methods and developing solutions,
  • Strong communication, result oriented and prone to teamwork,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Advanced level of English language knowledge (Arabic or French as a second foreign language is preferred)

What Will We Do Together ?

  • Liaising with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant collection activities, policies, procedures,
  • Interacting with internal and external authorities at the beginning of the negotiation process to facilitate receivable agreements on contracts related to all projects, including contracted and turnkey projects sold,
  • To be able to make cash flow analysis of contracts
  • Analyzing and reporting the reasons for the delay of earned and/or overdue receivables and coordinating with the relevant parties.
  • In case of any problem, notifying the problems to a higher authority in a timely manner,
  • Working closely and in coordination with the Project and Sales team,
  • Interacting with all customers in a professional and respectful manner,
  • Responsible for reconciliation of monthly customer accounts,
  • Making collection reports and presenting them to the senior management,
  • Exploring alternative collection channels
