Alapala International Foreign Trade Inc. is seeking a Global Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager to be appointed at its Istanbul location, within the Global Marketing & Corporate Communications Department.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, preferably with global / B2B exposure
• Strong knowledge of international marketing, brand management, and corporate communications processes
• Solid expertise in digital marketing, content management, and communication strategies
• Experience in managing global agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, strategic mindset, and representation capability
• Experience in industrial / manufacturing / B2B sectors
• Proven track record in managing international branding and marketing projects
• Experience in growth, lead generation, and performance-driven marketing
• Experience in corporate reputation management and crisis communication
• Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is an asset)
• No travel restrictions
• For male candidates, completion of military service
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul

What Will We Do Together?

• Develop and implement the company’s global marketing and corporate communication strategies
• Ensure global consistency in brand positioning, corporate identity, and communication language
• Coordinate digital marketing, content, social media, and campaign management processes
• Strategically manage the marketing aspects of domestic and international fairs, events, and organizations
• Manage relationships with global agencies, media outlets, and business partners
• Plan, monitor, and report on the marketing and corporate communications budget
• Lead the Marketing & Corporate Communications team, managing performance and development processes
• Provide regular reporting and strategic presentations to senior management
